Apply for a FREE house in Sicily, Italy.

How to apply

1. Send a Letter of Interest to council
2. Council will then announce to interested parties application procedures.
3. Submit application form
4. Choose property
5. Purchase
6. Restore property

1. Letter of Interest
You must write a letter of interest in Italian to the mayor of Salemi.
This must include your
name,
birth date/place/country,
current residential details
commitment to refurbish within 2 years

You can do this yourself or MIPC will apply and follow the paperwork on your behalf.

This letter of interest does not legally bind you to purchase a property.

Hi David
Do you know exactly how many houses are available?
What is the benefit to applying through MIPC?
Regards

There are over 3000 houses available.
The benefits of applying through MIPC are that simply i have a good relationship with the council and the mayor, I will do all the italian leg of the work, follow it up personally on your behalf and keep you posted directly with progress and be there when you need me. This is why so many people are using MIPC services.
