MIPC consortium.
MIPC is interested in creating a consortium of buyers. This would offer the group of buyers to purchase and refurbish a larger and more important historic building. The options would be to convert this building into multi apartments or if adequate interest and council permission to convert the building into a hotel. Please indicate if you are interested in this solution.

I have received a lot of direct enquires regarding the consortium. I am collating details of interested parties. When we have a clearer idea of the summed investment amount and volume of interested parties then MIPC will propose various solutions. At this stage we are simply taking peoples details and the value that they are interested in investing.
This consortium will also invest in others of Italy and not exclusively in Salemi.
