There are 3 steps to complete the letter of intent. 1. Enter email and name then click CONTINUE. 2. Enter your personal details. Here people have reported that the CONTINUE button is NOT working. First you must agree to the TERMS and CONDITIONS by ticking the box and then press CONTINUE. Then you will be fowarded to your letter of intent in Italian. 3. Then you must press PRINT to process your letter. If after you click PRINT and a print window does not open then your application has NOT been successfully processed. In that case click CONTACT US link (see menu on left) in a new browser and then cut and paste the italian letter in to the comment area of the contact us form and send.
