The MIPC Salemi Premium Service costs £50 GBP, approx $72 USD.

The premium service differentiates from the free service in that MIPC will :

• personalise your letter of intent, manage and submit your application.
• confirm that the Salemi council have processed your letter of intent.
• Translate and directly send to you copies of any correspondence from Salemi council.
• Answer directly any of your queries.
• Subscribe you to the MIPC Salemi Premium Newsletter.
• With MIPC you will be the first to know any updates.

NB.
If you wish to have the property in joint ownership, have particular application requirements then you MUST use the MIPC Salemi Premium Service, as the automated free Salemi service will not satisfy your application requirements.

To use the MIPC Salemi Premium service follow the steps below;

1. Download, print and read the MIPC Salemi Premium Service pack.
2. Go to www.mipc.co.uk/payment.htm and process payment for the “Salemi letter of Intent” using either google checkout or paypal.
3. Send MIPC an email with your personal details to salemi@mipc.co.uk
4. This must include :

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Town of Birth
• Country of Birth
• Current residential address
• Town / City / Country
• Zip code / Postcode
• Contact telephone number
• Indicate if paid by Paypal or Google Checkout
• Quote the payment reference

MIPC will check and confirm your payment, personalise and process your letter of intent, confirm that your letter of intent has been processed by the Salemi council and then send you further instructions.
