Salemi Free Service Guidelines - How to submit your letter of intent.

1. When you click above “Proceed to Salemi Free Service" You will be asked to enter your full name and email address. Please enter your details, it is important that these are correct as they cannot be changed. Then please click continue.

2. You will be forwarded to a form, fill in each field correctly. Make sure you enter the correct information as any errors that do not ultimately match your identification documents (when signing the purchase contract in front of the notary) will result in your application been cancelled by the council.
When completed click Continue.

3. You will be forwarded to a new page that displays your letter of intent for the 1 Euro property in Italian.

4. Please check that your details have been translated into Italian correctly.

5. Take the opportunity to let your friends and work colleagues know about this fantastic offer. Underneath the letter of intent enter their email address and MIPC will email them details about this innovative regeneration project.

6. Click print. This will allow you to print a copy of your letter of intent for your records. Automatically a copy of your letter of intent will be sent to MIPC for approval and then forwarded on to Salemi council.

7. You will be forwarded to a thank you page confirming your application and inviting you to join the MIPC Salemi forum.

8. You will receive an email from MIPC with the subject “Confirmation : Letter of intent sent to Salemi council.” This confirms that MIPC have received your letter of intent for approval and will forward it on to the Salemi council.

9. Sit back, relax and dream about your new home in Sicily.
